A Soft Frilly Look at Tampa Bay Watch

When your venue view on three sides is the Gulf of Mexico, it is tempting to incorporate a nautical theme into a wedding reception. Not the case for Ashley and Curran.

Ashley was focused on "taste and appearance" for her Tampa Bay Watch wedding. An added bonus was her connection with her neighbor, Bruce Wilson of The Flower Centre in St. Petersburg. Because he understood her vision, he was able to set the tone of opulence for her waterside celebration.

Much of this "magic" was created through use of an ivory rosette texture for her tables. Centerpieces ranged from alternating high and low and there was generous use of two-toned garden roses throughout the wedding. She selected an upgraded light rose satin napkin to highlight the delicate color. Tampa Bay Watch's in-house natural wood chairs complimented the guest tables.

Large ceramic urns graced the ceremony backdrop facing the water. These were used later on either side of the head table.

Curren's Uncle John officiated for the ceremony.

Ashley and Curran chose a secondary color with dove gray that was prevalent in the men's attire, attendant gowns, and many of our auxiliary tables.

Ashley welcomed some nautical element for the outdoor deck social hour.  We utilized LED pillar candles set atop upside down glass cylinders encasing fresh baby's breath. These were ideas Ashley pinned to her Pinterest wedding board.

Inside, we set a large feasting table for the entire wedding party. This featured glass vases ready to receive bridesmaid bouquets for added decoration.

Ashley's place cards were designed with a dark rose floral element along with hand-written names in alphabetical order.

The cake table was graced with a hanging backdrop with paper flower strands.

Below are some more detailed images of Ashley and Curren's celebration at Tampa Bay Watch.
