Anytime you can personalize a wedding for a fellow event colleague, it is time well researched and spent.
We had the opportunity to do just that for Sheree Ackerman who owns Goldies Goodies Bakery here in Tampa. She and her fiancé, Ian, along with her parents, Ron and Tina Ackerman had a serious focus on food for 240 guests anticipated for the fall celebration at Tampa Garden Club. Offering a wide variety of cuisine that included five buffet entrees was a challenge, but it was accomplished with flying colors.
