Lauren + Chris
With the roll out Covid shots in full swing, Lauren and Chris were hopeful their late February wedding would be well attended and safe with the majority of older-at risk friends and family fully vaccinated.
They were correct. The bottles of hand sanitizers and masks were still a part of the "decor." But the mood was upbeat with much of the activity being held outdoors at the Davis Islands Garden Club.
Our staff remained masked though because most were under the age of 40 at the time.
Lauren was one of our "no-nonsense" brides who wanted a wedding that was more of a party than a formal event. She made decisions about decor and the timeline easily. The eagerness of her roommate and her sister to assist, made her planning 100% easier.
