You might consider Maria and Alejandro a couple who loves to explore new possibilities. When it came to planning their destination wedding at the Ever After Estate, they took their time to investigate all of their options for a complete outdoor wedding reception.

First there was the challenge of planning from a distance - both lived in South Florida. Then came the decision to hold a traditional Catholic wedding at a nearby church. The unpredictable weather in the month of December also caused them to rethink their original idea of holding the reception out in the open under the stars. Thankfully they started planning early with many major decisions made over the course of three or four months.

We had several site visits. When the amazing decor rental and floral genius of RJ Glamour and Innovation came into the picture, everything seemed to fall into place with the inclusion of a clear span tent and a combination of rustic winter and opulent styling.

We are excited to share the images of  Maria and Alejandro's modern regal celebration!

Having an entire weekend to prepare for and relax afterwards has its pluses. Maria was able to get ready and see the progress of outdoor preparations for her reception.

The existing gazebo joined the social hour and main reception areas. The entire social hour area was spread out in the side lawn with overhead cafe string lights.

Prior to leaving for the church, Maria was able to get in some late afternoon pre-event pictures done with wedding party and family.

Maria's vision for her wedding included lots of small personalizations including small cards for guests to write well wishes.

Guests were greeted with a wishing tree inside the gazebo and place cards were displayed here.

Inside the main reception area, round and long tables seating 110 guests were filled with soft pastel florals and hints of winter with white pearl napkin rings, snow-frocked pine cones, and glistening organza runners.

Vintage accents included lanterns, hanging wood monograms, and even a whiskey barrel for the wedding cake display.

As night fell, the tent glowed with frosty blue hues and the party continued with lots of dancing and celebrating for the many guests who had traveled as far away as South America to attend the wedding.
