Jessie and Brian were just one of those fun-loving couples you wanted to just hope would keep putting off their wedding so you'd have extra time to savor the time you had left to plan with them. I remember the final meeting when Jessie apologized to being a "bridezilla" about her numerous details. I told her she had no idea of what a bridezilla really was because she was so very easy to work with.
Fiance, Brian, was ultimately the same way. He participated fully in all aspects of the wedding planning and was equally "on spot" when it came to asking questions and sharing information.
Consequently, the wedding day came and Jessie and Brian's demeanor never waivered. They were totally prepared for the day's long list of preparations, photo taking, and celebratory fun.

The plaza of the St. Pete Community Center was the focal point for the ceremony. Catering By Robert provided the pergola backdrop. Jessie's mom provided awesome royal blue and white silk flower clusters that we added to the top and sides of the structure with our white organza fabric accents.
Having access to two on-site rooms at the St. Pete Community Center, allowed bridal party members to arrive early for "first look photos." Brian's entourage included a "grooms gal."
Jessie and her girls also had their separate photo opportunities around the community center waterfront area.

Photographer Ann Moua, captured many candid moments that included the emotions of the ceremony and relief that followed once it was over.
Jessie and Brian invested wisely in the elements of their wedding day. From the custom monogrammed wood card box to the guest favors (imprinted cozies), they made sure that their investment had value for current or reception use.
As their decorator, we provided a silver tablecloth base for the majority of display tables. These were accented with our royal blue "wave" runners. Our unique chrome vases were filled with our in-house royal blue silk flowers that complimented those provided by Jessie's mom for other areas of the reception.
We adored the details captured by Ann Moua prior to the ceremony. She took special care to focus in on the most delicate aspects which ranged from a tribute to a special person at the base of the bridal bouquet to the wedding invitation embellished with playful touches.
The community center's upstairs entry area staged the open bar for the evening along with our displayed smokey cheddar cheese, vegetable and fruit display for social hour.
A Piece of Cake added playful touches to a blue ombre wedding cake flanked by attendant bouquets and the bride's blue bud vases with large white silk peonies.

Inside the main ballroom, we set a combination of white, royal, and silver accent tables.
Many couples wonder about the process of concept to conclusion when it comes to deciding their guest table décor. Guest table looks are one of the most "impactual" elements of any wedding reception because of their sheer numbers. So when it comes time to make a decision on how these tables are to look, one of our event designers put together a sample table at our studio to assist with this vision.
Below represents some of the options we gave Jessie and Brian during their design meeting. It was very important to include their DIY centerpiece samples so they could view the total look. As with everything our clients provide, our day of coordinator and staff, place everything according to "the design proposal" plan.
As with all of our buffet events, we mimic overall décor designs on the buffet. Our in-house medium blue silk flowers fit right in with Jessie's mom's acquisitions.
As dusk settled in, Jessie and Brian were able to chill and enjoy the formalities of their reception. Their dj provided up vivid blue uplighting around the room.

Many wishes for happiness to Jessie and Brian.
