With 8 bedrooms hosting up to 16 overnight guests for four nights, and up to 100 wedding guests outdoors for the wedding itself, you won't find another location that offers so much value for a destination celebration. 

There are sweeping views of the upper Suncoast's largest lake from all three levels of Lake Tarpon Manor. The master suite includes enough room for all of the bride's attendants to get ready while the groomsmen have the entire second floor for a pre-ceremony gathering. 

And this is no ordinary vacation rental home. It is filled with unique statues, fountains, and tropical foliage hand-picked by the owner herself. 

While most couples will want to take advantage of the all outdoor setting for waterfront ceremony and tree-laden reception, smaller micro weddings will have access to the sunken living room for reception seating for up to 30 guests. 

Access to the estate is on Thursday, offering plenty of time for those staying there to check in and enjoy the amenities which include a pool and spa, dock and its potential for rented boats and other waterfront activities. On Friday, there is casual outdoor areas for rehearsal dinner and a cook out. \

Then comes Saturday - the wedding day. You have all day for a relaxing regiment of hair and make up, and final gown details. It's all yours to enjoy with no interruptions.

And our food . . . from delightful hand-passed appetizers to full buffet and station dinner, is award-winning and freshly prepared. 

 

No limits the start of festivities as long as everything is concluded by 10 p.m., the official noise ordinance time set by Pinellas County.

Sunday offers a "wind down day" for send off brunch, boating or a simple pool party for out of town guests.

One of the most attractive things about Lake Tarpon Manor is its convenient location just two blocks from U.S. 19 North in Palm Harbor. Overflow parking is available within walking distance at a small office park. Innisbrook Country Club (with overnight accommodations), and numerous hotels are within minutes of the manor.

Not only do we provide full service catering, but we also include all tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, lighting, ceremony decor, and staffing to assure your wedding is stress free. 

Packages start at $8995.00 for micro weddings up to 25 guests; 50 person celebrations at $10,995. 

No need to rent portable restrooms if you have 70 or under guests. There are 5 bathrooms inside the house along with a pool bath outdoors.
