Nestled within the historic Jungle Prada Neighborhood of St. Petersburg, Boca Ciega Vista recaptures the tropical allure of the peaceful intercoastal waterfront from days gone by.
The infamous "hide-out" for many of the 1920's infamous gangsters as well as stage and screen celebrities, Jungle Prada's lush shores attracted winter visitors with its privacy and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. The estate's picturesque home is a combination of Key West and Victorian era architecture. One can envision the many opulent outdoor parties hosted on its spacious lawns and terraces during the vibrant 1920s.
Now Boca Ciega Vista is a private residence encompassing an entire city block along Park Street North in St. Pete. Its owners have revived the landscaping and exterior portions of the home to reflect its original early century charm.
It is available for special celebrations on a limited basis. The one day rental includes up to 2.5 hours of drop off time and ceremony rehearsal the day prior. The day of the wedding, access time begins at 10 a.m. with separate getting ready areas for brides and grooms and their respective attendants.

Getting Ready Suites
A second floor bridal suite in the main house, provides a secluded area for one set of bridal party members to leisurely prepare for the day's events while overlooking the remaining set up of the wedding preparations. Front gate access and parking will be given to drop offs, photographers, make-up artists, and hair stylists.
The pool house can serve as an additional preparation area for the second set of bridal party members with restroom access and awesome view of the bay. Decorated in bistro style it offers a fun tropical theme with built in bar and dark wood furnishings.
Separate Guest Access Gate
A separate gated access welcomes guests as they arrive on the property. A decorated welcome table, and casual seating provides guests an area to sign in and drop off gifts or cards.
Ceremony
Boca Ciega Vista boasts a variety of options for your ceremony. From a panoramic bay view to intimate, tree shaded backdrop, the estate allows you to use your imagination to create the perfect setting for your nuptials.

With an abundance of tropical foliage, Boca Ciega Vista offers numerous settings for casual and formal photo opportunities. Even the early century home architecture itself to a variety of themed pictures including Nautical, Key West, Victorian, and the Gatsby era. The well manicured lawn and front enclave are intersected with fountains and Koi pond.
Cocktail Hour
Make the most of the hour following the ceremony with options for fun and interesting settings. The unique features facing the water are perfect for a variety of gatherings.
The bar can be just about anywhere . . . even in between social hour and main reception.

Along the waterfront, there are numerous seating areas for spectacular views.

The options are unlimited for estate sites for your casual or formal reception. You have the option to enjoy eating under the wide open sky or to add the comfort of a tent.
The bayside pool can be covered in lucite to create an impressive dance floor. Ask us about options!

The owners maintain a complete lighting system for waterfront trees and shrubs. Draped lighting over dance floors, chandeliers and uplighting are optional.
