Lemony Delicious Decor at St. Pete Beach

We love, loved working behind the scenes with Erika and Jacob's Gainesville-based photographer, Lindsay Trope. She captured so many thoughtful, intimate photos of special moments throughout getting ready, ceremony, reception, and everything in between.

Erika was able to make a few trips here to attend vendor meetings, But most of her planning was done long-distance, including during her move from Gainesville to Arkansas right before the wedding. Erika entrusted our favorite entertainment company, DeLite Entertainment (DJ Josh) and our talented florist, Carmen (Carmen's Flowers) with important roles in her celebration. We provided ceremony decor which included our popular white Pergola for her nuptials on the venue's plaza facing picturesque Boca Ciega Bay.

Although most of the preparations took place at the Alden Suites Resort, many candid shots were captured at the St. Pete Beach venue.

Erika assigned close friends to make sure guests had their programs and note their presence via a thumbprint tree portrait.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and our popular smoked cheddar spread presentations for social hour. Erika, Jacob and the wedding party spent time exploring the property with Photographer Lindsay for formal and informal shots.

Inside the main reception, our staff had put together a unique bright and pale yellow, black and white tablescape topped off with an varying assortment of guest table centerpieces from Carmen's Flowers.

Alternating tables of floor length white cloths were surrounded by all black chair covers; black cloth tables featured white coveres with black chair ties. The mixture made the room come alive with the yellow color scheme.

Varying runners included a combination of black and black and white damask.

The Sugar Darlings provided the cupcake display with a small yellow ombre formal cake at the top.
